    International delivery with tracking number to your Post Office. Usually takes about 5-12 business days, depending on the area. It can take up to 30d. because national, other holidays and etc. Please provide full name, correct and full delivery address.

    Keep in mind - If you do not receive notification from your local post office or if your tracking number does not appear in your country post online system after 1-2 weeks, please visit your local post office and ask if they have your package.     If you do not take the package from post office in time (time period depending on the country), the package will be returned to us (shipping and return costs is not refundable).
    Post charges package return fee, so we have to charge 11,90 € for the package return.

    Refund can be issued when we receive the package or product back.

    In that cases refund will be issued when we receive the package or product back.

    We require all international transfers to us to be made with the OUR instruction. The only exception is EU-payments in EUR which can be made with SHA instruction. The OUR instruction means you pay all transfer charges and we receive full amount for the order.

    International Bank wire payment takes 3- 5 business days to receive a payment.

    If you choose 
    Bank wire payment, that means you should pay for your order to our bank account. You can do so online via online banking if your bank gives such possibility, or go to the bank and pay cash. Bank wire is really straightforward if you are using online banking. You'll just need to choose SEPA transfer option and enter our business name, account number and our store order number in payment details. Payments usually come in 1-2 business days. SEPA transfers are not expensive or free in most European banks.

Refund
If the package is not delivered to the customer by our or post fault, we issue refund of full amount of the order, after we get the answer/proof from the post office that the package is not delivered. Usually it takes about 1-4 weeks.
When the order cannot be delivered because of buyers fault and free shipping offer was used, we refund value of the goods minus shipping cost (11.90 Eur).

Delivery cost is not refundable if:

  • you do not take the package from the post in time (end of the collection period),
  • you gave us wrong or not full delivery address or phone number.
  • you ordered wrong product

In that cases refund will be issued when we receive the package or product back.

Return

We accept returns (if product is new and not used) and product complaints in the 14 day period after you receive your order. Please contact us by email info@100pure.lt by futher directions.
Refund for returned items is issued when we receive returned items. Shipping cost is not refundable (including cases when free delivery was applied).

If package will be returned back to us due to reasons listed below delivery cost is not refundable:

  • you do not take the package from the post in time (end of the collection period) or you are returning full order.
  • you are returning part of the order (reason: you ordered wrong product or you changed your mind) and the amount of the products are left with you are under the amount we provide free delivery.
  • you gave us wrong or not full delivery address or phone number.
