This privacy policy together with our Sale Terms and Conditions, (the "Terms") and any other documents referred to in the Terms sets out the basis on which any personal information We collect from you (the “user” or “customer”), or that you provide to Us, will be processed by Us. Please read the following carefully to understand our practices regarding your personal information and how We will treat it.

For the purposes of applicable data protection laws, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation, as amended and supplemented (the “Data Protection Laws”), the “controller” of personal information collected through www.100pure.lt (the “Website”) is 100 Pure naturali kosmetika Ltd, a limited company, registered in Lithuania under company number 302681714. If you contact Us, sign up to receive emails from Us, or simply browse the Website, our legal basis for processing your personal information is that we have a legitimate interest in administering and monitoring the Website, for analysis and research by Our group, promoting our business and responding to queries.

Also you can do it by visiting “My personal information” in your account (if you have created one) and unchecking the check boxes near "Sign up for our newsletter" and "Receive special offers from our partners".
 

6. HOW CAN I CONTROL MY PERSONAL DATA?

You have full control over how your personal data is used. Some personal information (like: name, gender, password, age, phone number, email address, delivery and billing addresses) you can modify yourself by visiting “Your account” (if you have created one) by logging in our Website.

SEARCH MARKETING AND ADVERTISING COOKIES

We may place cookies relating to Facebook or Google Adwords on your browser to provide you with behavioural advertising when browsing the Facebook or other sites or when using search engines. You can block these with your browser, however if you do, you may not receive advertising that is as relevant.

 

Returns

 

We accept returns (if product is new and not used) and product complaints in the 14 day period after you receive your order.

You can return all sealed products in 14 day period after you receive your order. Please contact us by email info@100pure.lt by futher directions.
Refund for returned items is issued when we receive returned items. Shipping cost is not refundable (including cases when free delivery was applied).


Delivery cost is not refundable if:

  • you do not take the package from the post in time (end of the collection period) or you are returning full order.
  • you are returning part of the order (reason: you ordered wrong product or you changed your mind) and the amount of the products are left with you are under the amount we provide free delivery.
  • you gave us wrong or not full delivery address or phone number.

 

In that cases refund will be issued when we receive the package back.
