  • PayPAL
    ou can pay via your Paypal account  with all bank cards suitable for internet payments.
    Important! To pay with Paypal your billing address must match shipping address.

    Or you can create a PayPal account by paying for the order with your bank card. Please follow the steps below (how to pay with the card), and at the bottom of the page in the section "Create a PayPal account?" Choose option "Yes, please". This way you pay with your card and create PayPal acount in the same time.

  • Credit card and Postepay (IT) 
    If you want to pay with credit card
    or Postepay card directly, do next: in the payment step choose "pay with PayPal" option, then after you redirected to PayPal page please press "Pay with the Card" button or if there is no such press "Create an Account" button which is located at the bottom of a page (no actual PayPal account creation needed).
    Enter your credit card or Postepay card details in the fields provided, and at the bottom of the page in the section "Create a PayPal account?" Choose option "No, thanks". This way you pay with your card, but do not create PayPal account.

  • Postepay (IT)
    You can create PayPal account with your prepaid card like Postepay.  How to do this click HERE (link).

  • BANK wire - you can make a payment in all banks to our bank account.
    International Bank wire payment takes 3- 5 business days to receive a payment.

Order  will be processed as soon as we receive your payment.



We accept returns (if product is new and not used) and product complains in 14 day period after you receive your order.

You can return all sealed products in 14 day period after you receive your order. Please contact us by email by futher directions.
Refund for returned items is issued when we receive returned items. Shipping cost is not refundable (including cases when free delivery was applied).

If package will be returned back to us due to reasons listed below delivery cost is not refundable:

  • you do not take the package from the post in time (end of the collection period) or you are returning full order.
  • you are returning part of the order and the amount of the products are left with you are under the amount we provide free delivery.
  • you gave us wrong or not full delivery address or phone number.

In that cases refund will be issued when we receive the package back.
