 International shipping - all EU countries

• International delivery with tracking number - from 11,90 €* (varies by country see table below). NO import duties / taxes - we ship from EU.
  FREE for orders over 170€ (except Cyprus and Malta). Cyprus and Malta - free for orders over 300€.
  
  International delivery with tracking number to your Post Office. Usually takes about 7–14 days (depending on the area), excluding national holidays, other public holidays, and etc. Please provide full name, correct and full delivery address.
  
  Please track your package via the link we will provide you in the email with tracking number.
  Keep in mind - If you do not receive notification from your local post office or if your tracking number does not appear in your country post online system after 1-2 weeks, please visit your local post office and ask if they have your package. If post doesn't have your package and there is no tracking information, please contact us by email info@100pure.lt
  
  If you do not take the package from post office in time (time period depending on the country), the package will be returned to us (shipping and return costs is not refundable).
  Post charges package return fee, so we have to charge the shipping fee amount for the package return.
  Package reshipping cost - 11,90€.
  Refund can be issued when we receive the package or product back.

• The courier reserves the right to deliver the package to the nearest available parcel locker if your selected parcel locker is full.

  If this happens and you are unable to collect the package from the alternative parcel locker, you should contact the carrier in your country and ask them to place the package in your selected parcel locker again.

  
  Delivery and return costs is not refundable if:
  • you do not take the package from the post in time (end of the collection period) or you are returning full order.
  • you are returning part of the order (reason: you ordered wrong product or you changed your mind) and the amount of the products are left with you are under the amount we provide free delivery.
  • you gave us wrong or not full delivery address or phone number.
  In that cases refund will be issued when we receive the package or product back.
  
  We require all international transfers to us to be made with the OUR instruction. The only exception is EU-payments in EUR which can be made with SHA instruction. The OUR instruction means you pay all transfer charges and we receive full amount for the order.
  
  
• International Express carrier EU countries - price and time depends on zone.
  *See chart below. FREE for orders over 300-500€*. NO import taxes - we ship from EU.
  Usually it is "door to door" service, but in some countries (Sweden and Denmark for sure) the package can be left in the pickup point.

  International delivery  - other countries (outside of EU) - UK included.

• International registered air mail to your post office - from 18€ to 35€ depending on the weight. Import taxes can be applied by customs in your country.
  FREE for all orders over 300€.
  
  International delivery with tracking number to your post office (non insured). Usually takes about 7-14 days, depending on the area, (in rare cases it can take longer). Do not forget to provide full name, correct and full delivery address.

Delivery with in Lithuania

• DPD and LpExpess Pick up point - 2,50€.
  DPD pick up point is FREE for all orders over 33€
  Usually takes about 2 - 4 business days,  depending on the area.
  To Kuršių Nerija we ship just by registered Lithuanian post.
  
  
• Registered post (Lietuvos paštas) - 3,90 €.
